A regional qualifying tournament for the World Cup of Cricket will be held in Sano, Tochigi Prefecture, for four days from October 15.
This tournament will be a T20, a 20-over format, or a win-loss format where the winner is decided by 120 balls.
The participating countries are Japan, Korea, and Indonesia.
Japan is in the EAP, which is a grouping of countries in the world.
EAP stands for East Asia and Pacific.
In Japanese, it is called “East Asia-Pacific Rim”.
This is a qualifying tournament for the East Asia region.
Of course, our Shogo Kimura has been selected as a representative of Japan, so he will participate!

If you are able to come to the nearest station by train, I will try to piston transport you from there to the venue by my car.
You can walk from the station to the ground at Tanuma Station on your own, but there are not many trains to begin with.
From JR Sano Station, you will also have to go by car, and there is no further public transportation from the station, so I will take you there by car. I would be happy to communicate with each of you as we get closer to the date, and we will decide on the time and other details. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you are planning to stay the night before Friday or stay overnight on Saturday, please make your own accommodation arrangements.
We look forward to hearing from you!
