I am pleased to announce that I have been certified as a Certified Sports Leader by the Japan Sports Association!
The Japan Sports Association has established 18 qualifications for sports leaders in five areas, and I have been certified as a Certified Sports Leader, which is a qualification for those who are responsible for basic sports instruction and management as a leader of sports groups and circles in the community. I was certified as a Certified Sports Leader, which is a qualification for those who lead and manage sports groups and circles in the community.
The Certified Sports Leader is a person who is aware of the value of sports and his/her responsibility to the future of sports, and who, based on the concept of player-centeredness, eliminates violence, harassment, and all other forms of irrational behavior, and who, through supporting the growth of players while always continuing to learn himself/herself, is committed to creating a rich sports culture and increasing the value of sports to society. The concept is to contribute to the creation of a rich sports culture and the enhancement of the social value of sports by eliminating violence, harassment, and other forms of irrational behavior based on a player-centered approach and by supporting the growth of players while continuing to learn.
I know that’s a bit of a cliché, but anyway, I’m glad it was officially approved.
It was quite a difficult course and test.
It was worth the effort.
